This is a concept project created to show how we approach this type of product. It is not a client engagement, and it contains no client data, metrics or results.
The problem
Early-stage SaaS teams often handle billing through a payment provider's dashboard and manual exports. Custom plans, invoices and reporting quickly become a mess.
Proposed solution
A dedicated console on top of the payment provider's API: plan management, invoice history, failed-payment workflows and exports for accounting.
Architecture
Web console
Next.js + TypeScript dashboard with role-based access per workspace.
Billing service
Node.js service that owns plans and invoices; the payment provider is an adapter.
Webhooks
Idempotent processing of payment events with retries and an audit log.
Data
PostgreSQL with tenant isolation and reporting views.
